It's been how long .. ???

I dunno. I know I've visited since my last post, but I don't remember the last time. I was going to go Memorial Day weekend, or the next weekend. There's always things to do that keep me from going. I've got to go back .. soon. I sure wish they were both here; I need them so these days.

Here's a favorite photo of Mom. Michael took it at the Wild Animal Park, in October 2006 or 2005, I think. I put it on stamps I purchased from Stamps.com to use on the 2007 Christmas cards since it was the first Christmas without her.

February 7, 2009 visit

Didn't realize how long it had been since I last visited my parents. Last visit in August??? Lot of things going on in October, then the holidays including the big bombshell of news. This was the first visit since barely 18 year old daughter announced she is pregnant. So glad my mom isn't here today to see this. I'm embarrassed. It was also the day before our 17th anniversary. Can't believe it's been that long. Dad missed it, but it was quite a wedding. I feel bad that it's been nearly six months since my last visit; part of the reason I had them interred here was so I could visit often. Oh well, I'll just have to do better in the future. Miss them a lot, especially at times like these.
